MMOexp FC 26: “As Much As the Hardware Allows”

With Nintendo’s Switch 2 on the horizon, EA Sports has confirmed that both EA Sports FC and Madden NFL will launch on the upcoming console. However, while the announcement marks a major shift in EA’s relationship with FC 26 Coins Nintendo, the company is clear that any hopes for full feature parity with PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S versions should come with a big asterisk: it all depends on what the hardware can handle.

EA’s First Steps Toward a New Nintendo Strategy

In a statement to Eurogamer, EA said it was “excited to bring two of our most beloved franchises—EA SPORTS FC and Madden NFL—to Nintendo’s Switch 2.” That’s a notable shift from recent years when EA relegated Nintendo platforms to “Legacy Edition” territory, delivering games with minimal updates year after year.

This time around, EA emphasized that the Switch 2 editions are being “built specifically” for the platform. That language signals a break from the pattern of recycling outdated engines and stripping back features. Instead, EA appears committed to offering more substantial versions—even if the final products can’t match their PS5 or Xbox counterparts in every area.

“As Much As the Hardware Allows”

When asked about visual and gameplay parity with other consoles, EA remained cautiously optimistic, stating, “Our goal is always to deliver a consistent player experience across platforms as much as the hardware allows.” This carefully worded line shows EA’s desire to unify the experience across systems—but only where feasible.
That opens the door to certain compromises. It’s likely we’ll see some scaled-back visuals or fewer advanced features if the Switch 2 doesn’t quite reach the technical benchmarks set by current-gen consoles. At the same time, this is a far cry from buy FIFA 26 Coins the barebones Legacy Editions of the past.
