Welcome to My Premium Collection ("MPC"), operated by MP Nerds LLC ("MP Nerds," "we," "us," or "our"). This Copyright Policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for addressing copyright infringement claims related to content posted or shared through MPC. By accessing or using MPC, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following policy.

 

1. Copyright Infringement

 

1.1. Definition: Copyright infringement occurs when a user reproduces, distributes, performs, or displays copyrighted work without authorization from the copyright holder.

 

1.2. Prohibited Activities: Users of MPC are prohibited from engaging in any activity that infringes upon the copyrights of others. This includes but is not limited to uploading, sharing, or distributing copyrighted material without proper authorization.

 

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

 

2.1. Notification: If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon through MPC, please notify us by sending a written notification that includes the following information:

    • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
    • Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including its location on MPC.
    • Sufficient contact information for us to reach you, such as your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
    • A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
    • A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

2.2. Submission: Please send your copyright infringement notification by mail to support@mypremiumcollection.com 

 

3. Response to Copyright Infringement Claims

 

3.1. Investigation: Upon receipt of a valid copyright infringement notification, we will promptly investigate the claim and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

 

3.2. Removal of Infringing Content: If we determine that the reported material infringes upon copyright, we will take immediate steps to remove or disable access to the infringing material.

 

4. Counter-Notification

 

4.1. Submission: If you believe that material removed or disabled in response to a copyright infringement notification was not infringing or that you have the right to use the material, you may send a counter-notification by mail to support@mypremiumcollection.com.

Your counter-notification must include:

    • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its location on MPS.
    • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
    • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
    • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original copyright infringement notification or their agent.
